Penny David Sheahan was called to the ministry in 1974 with the commission "Help My People" the helping has taken many forms over the years, such as intercessory prayer, preaching God's word, prophecy, counseling and deliverance.

Penny resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with Bill her adored husband of 35 years.
