Clients = any person, company, or place of business that hires B.A.Net to engage in providing any Internet Services that B.A.Net offers.
Submission = the submitting of any site to a specified number of search engines.


B.A.Net does not guarantee the increase of sales, nor will it be held responsible for the lack of sales generated thereof, due to B.A.Net generated design or service. Since search engines have their own format and criteria, B.A.Net does not guarantee search engine placement or ranking. B.A.Net will not be held responsible for the ability of the client or viewers to navigate search for or find client’s website, URL, Meta tags or keywords at any viewing site.

B.A.Net is not responsible for any hardware or software incompatibilities, (i.e. browsers or specialized programs that may cause conflicts at any viewing site. B.A.Net is not responsible for any claims, statements, guarantees or warranties expressed by clients on their sites. Client retains the right to request removal of any ad on the Transporter developed or designed for them by B.A.Net from the Web at any time .removal request does not constitute the return of any funds. Client has the right to request a refund within 3 days from date of order.

It is the responsibility of the Client to provide B.A.Net with all photos, logos, text and any language translations. B.A.Net is not responsible for any misspelling or punctuation of said advertising. Clients are allowed 1 change on the ad prior to approval, as long as said changes do not deviate from the original design or layout. This change may consist of, but is not limited to; title, font size, column realignment, logo realignment, sentence corrections or background color change.
B.A.Net is not responsible for the actions or non-actions of any subcontractor retained by Client to be involved with a promotion... B.A.Net retains the right to refuse or remove any advertising deemed unsuitable for viewing on its servers.

In any Promotion, Client must submit any and all changes to B.A.Net within 72 hours. Client will submit all text to B.A.Net in digital form unless other arrangements are specified and documented. Promotional items expressed in any Promotional offer by B.A.Net are non-transferable and may not be substituted. Some or all conditions may or may not apply depending upon specification of order. All conditions and terms hereon are applicable to any and all
Participants in the Transporter.


Payment for the Transporter advertising is due in full when orders are placed, unless B.A.Net has approved specific arrangements prior to the placement.
